Costs
As an example of our service, a normal High Street Solicitor may charge you £130 per hour (plus VAT) or more to see someone more experienced. If you issued proceedings for a straight forward divorce, you could therefore be looking to incur fees in the region of:
- Solicitors fees (incl. VAT) £822.50
- Court fees £340.00
Compare this to the cost of our divorce:
- Our divorce costs: £250.00
- Court fees – To issue the divorce petition £300, to apply for the decree absolute £40.
We also tell you about all the fees that you will need to pay up front, unlike other one line services. They will tell you that you can get divorced for under £100 and then send you the papers and tell you that you must pay the £300 court fee to issue the divorce proceedings yourself.
In addition – If you instruct us to act for you today, we will prepare you a new Will for just £65 (normally £100 plus vat) PLUS – We can prepare you a Clean Break Order for just £200.
